FINANCING METHODOLOGY AND DISCLAIMER

All prices displayed on this website are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).

We offer motor vehicles for purchase with the option to finance them through instalments. The suggested finance agreement for vehicle purchases consists of:

A loan for the vehicle’s purchase price.
Repayment over an agreed number of months.
Market-related interest rates, subject to fluctuation.
An agreed balloon/residual percentage, payable in full at the end of the finance period.

Please note the following:

Finance Approval:
The vehicle finance calculation provided is indicative only and is subject to approval by the financial services provider (FSP). The FSP will:
Assess your creditworthiness and payment capacity based on your financial history and obligations.
The approval or denial of your application is based entirely on the FSP’s assessment methods, over which we have no control or influence.
Any decision made by the FSP will be final, and we accept no liability for the outcome of the finance application.

Alternative Loan Structuring:
If necessary, the FSP may suggest alternative financing arrangements, such as:
A longer or shorter loan term (e.g., 60 months).
Different interest rates or structuring options.
We will present these alternatives for your consideration, but we deny liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience you may incur in accepting or declining the loan terms.

Liability Disclaimer:
We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience if your finance application is declined by the FSP.
We cannot assist you with any recourse or disputes with the FSP regarding their decision or methodology.
By proceeding with a financing agreement, you accept the terms and conditions as presented by the FSP.

Cash-Back Promotions:
Cash-back promotions will only apply if you successfully qualify for full financing of the vehicle’s selling price under the promotion.
We accept no liability for any misunderstandings, losses, or inconvenience arising from ineligibility for these promotions.
